I use contact details only to reply to your enquiry, and analytics data only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. I do not sell your data.

I process contact-form data on the basis of your request (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract) and analytics data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

With your consent I use PostHog for privacy-friendly product analytics (including heatmaps and session statistics), and a third-party form provider (Basin) to handle contact-form submissions. These providers process data on my behalf under their own terms.
